In order to become a verified employer, each company must name a DEIB Officer who will be responsible for facilitating communications with They/Them Digital. As part of your application, you will be asked to provide a copy of your Employee Handbook, which will be audited for compliance with our policies.

Top-Level Company Requirements

  • Statement of Equality
    Your Employee Handbook must include a section addressing equality. If you don’t have one already, consider purchasing a document template from our store.
  • Clear expectations
    Your Employee Handbook must set clear expectations for performance. This includes how often to expect a performance review, the manager/person responsible for conducting the review, and
